
For me one session with breathwork is like ten hours of therapy, and Magnus is there to guide you through the layers you might experience with an extremely good intuition. Thank you for giving me the chance to meet myself on a very deep level.

I still remember the first breathwork session I had with Magnus. After a few minutes of breathing I was feeling this strong, electric and powerful energy on my hands.
He looked at me and told me “This is YOU”.
“I feel I could do anything right now” – I replied.
It’s only been a few months since that, but it feels like years. What a wild ride has been, to the most glorious heights and the darkest depths. So what can I say? Breathwork, as Magnus is describing it, is a balance between mindful efforts and letting go. It in-tunes the conscious mind enough for it to detect inner treasures that are valuable to find in order for our souls to pass through and develop further on its path. I remember my first time I did breath work with Magnus it was so powerful. Breath work is an incredible experience. I have practiced kundalini yoga and practiced some meditation. But the Breath work with Magnus took me the first time was something very special. Magnus' energy and guidance with good music, essential oils and instrument is absolutely heavenly. The thing that happend that first session was awakening of the kundalini energy in my body He was so gentle and hold space for me when this happend I was just shaking, screaming, laughing, svetting All emotions come out I am amazed that you can use your breath as your own tool to have a better life with yourself.
