Breathwork is a simple practice where through conscious breathing we increase the body's ability to circulate energy. The practice has been praised for its ability to dissolve physical and energetic blockages, purge and rebalance mental and emotional disturbances and vitalise the whole body. But this is only the initial effects of a practice that ultimately brings the practitioner in contact with a deeper sense of being and belonging.

Breathwork is a guided and easy technique that can be practiced by anyone and is performed lying down on the back.
