Autumn Forest Immersion
As autumn wraps its sobering cloak around our part of the world, I invite you to a four week forest immersion.
A precious opportunity to find rest, clarity and peace through slowing down in silence,
beneath canopies of yellowing leaves. With growing space between our thoughts
a deeper sense of being emerges, and through the forgotten umbilical chord between man and wilderness
a different kind of sustenance begins to flow again.
Inspired by the outpouring of wisdom nature offers ,
this immersion is designed for an enhanced connection to the ground of being,
beyond the conditioning and beneath the noise.
This is a four-week program, and your registration signs you up for all four Tuesdays.
It is possible to drop-in on one or more of the gatherings,
but this will not necessarily qualify you for the harvest ripened through recurring
visits to the forest that this program is designed for.
The registration is open for 12 participants only.
The program will include, but is not limited to:
- Long periods of silence alone by rivers, beneath trees or with backs against prehistoric boulders.
- Breath, mantra and movement practices for unwinding of tensions and reconnection to our natural rhythm.
- Group discussions and sharings for support, inspiration and integration.
You can expect to receive:
- An introduction to the most ancient art of self- discovery - solitude in nature.
- A new relationship to rest, grounding and inspiration.
- Techniques and knowledge to take home for self-regulation of nervous and mental functions.
- A new sense of belonging rooted in an unmediated connection to nature and her rhythms.
