Approaching wholeness

As a flower is nectarised by the whole forest, so the human being is connected to receive ultimate sustenance for a wholesome life. This work is an offering of proven-to-work means of remembering and embodying this connection.

The work is not easily defined into any particular lineage, but owe’s its brilliance to the timeless wisdom engrained in both ancient and contemporary traditions all made functional by allowing the spontaneous magic of the moment to guide the way.

The various modalities are offered to ignite the appetite for a deeply meaningful life and to awaken the intrinsic wisdom that will guide the way.

The foundation for this work is built upon a recognition of the human as already being full and complete, the offerings being the means to realise the imperishable nature of that wholeness as our own self.

About me

I was born on a new moon late in 1989 and lived a peaceful and curious childhood in the forests surrounding Oslo, Norway. The fascination with the human condition led to a study of cognitive neuroscience, specialising in altered states of consciousness and what the field has termed "mystical experiences”. Feeling unfulfilled with the understandings provided by academia, I followed a calling to grapple with deeper currents of life.

In a radical surrender to this path I found my old life withering away as I was being moved with great force through the layers of being, in flux between magnificent expansions of conscious energy and scorching contractions of unwavering self examination. The search for a functional way to yoke these polarities led to a study of many of the spiritual and philosophical lineages of the world, with my self as a laboratory for free-styled experimentation. In 2018 I found my self at the feet of yoga master Uma Inder who’s understanding of the human condition through the Sciences of Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda aided to unify the loose ends of the healing chaos into a harmonious reality with Truth at its center.

The un-negotiable inner calling to share the ongoing exploration of what it means to be human has led to this work, which aims to inspire a realignment with a natural way of being.

I live in Oslo, am married and have two children.
